INBE – Roma Street Station Upgrade

Commercial

Description
This project was delivered in a live operational environment, with the Subway remaining open to the public throughout. To minimise disruptions, works impacting operations were scheduled outside of business hours (12 AM – 4 AM). The project involved a staged delivery approach, with work zones split into smaller sections, requiring careful integration of new systems alongside existing infrastructure until full handovers were completed. Extensive planning and adaptability were essential to accommodate ongoing operational needs, evolving client requirements, and public safety considerations. Outdated services and infrastructure were upgraded to meet modern compliance standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including QR, CRR, INTREC, EnergyPro, the public, and CBGU (the builder completing adjoining works).
