With 20 years in the electrical industry, Heath grew EnergyPro from a solo venture into a thriving business through a practical, people-first approach. He now focuses on building a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability, while shaping the systems that support our continued expansion.
Scott Hines
General Manager
As our GM, Scott brings to the table wide-ranging strategic leadership skills, a passion for continuous improvement and a strong record of leading high-performing teams. He combines 20+ years of experience with a background in electrical engineering and project management.
Nathan Cottle
Construction Manager
Backed by advanced qualifications in electrical engineering, project management and leadership, Nathan combines strategic leadership and almost two decades of expertise with a commitment to empowering high-performing teams and delivering complex projects with precision.
Mitchell Evans
Service & Maintenance Operations Manager
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, dual trade qualifications in electrical and communications and a Diploma in Project Management, Mitchell leads our Service and Maintenance Department, working closely with the service team to consistently exceed client expectations.

HR Manager
Renae plays a key role in building a positive, inclusive culture, and brings extensive expertise in HR, leadership, safety, and ISO compliance. A strong advocate for women in construction, Renae is passionate about fostering diversity and supporting team wellbeing.
