EnergyPro delivered critical early works at Kingston, including re-routing school infrastructure to allow future demolition without disrupting operations. The project included installing a new Main Switchboard, integrating existing services, custom lighting, and close coordination with the supply authority to secure approvals and execute a seamless cutover to the new electrical system.

EnergyPro partnered with Built to deliver electrical and communications for UQ’s lake amphitheatre renewal. Complex conduit installations under solid stone were pre-planned months ahead to enable recessed outlets. The project included integrated lighting control for efficiency and after-hours commissioning to fine-tune fixture placement, enhancing architectural highlights and the site’s ambiance.

EnergyPro, in partnership with Mainbrace Constructions Pty Ltd, proudly delivered the state-of-the-art Thrive Clubhouse at Stockland Halcyon Nirimba. Spanning 1,100m², this premier community hub features a swimming pool, pickleball court, gym, BBQ areas, a fully equipped kitchen, entertainment spaces, a cinema, library, business lounge, workshop, studio, and more—designed to elevate lifestyle and leisure for residents.

EnergyPro delivered a design & construct upgrade for UQ’s heritage-listed CBD site, meeting strict consultant and stakeholder requirements. High-end lighting was integrated within heritage wiring limits, preserving aesthetics. The team’s attention to detail and stakeholder engagement contributed to ongoing collaborations on multiple university refurbishment and infrastructure projects.

Under a Design & Construct contract with Hutchinson Builders, EnergyPro delivered the Wallenius Wilhelmsen Warehouse at Brisbane Airport—a 6,000m² logistics hub with a 42,000m² hardstand. Built for the Oslo-based global distributor, the facility supports large-scale automotive, agricultural, and mining logistics, tailored for high efficiency and seamless operational performance.
