The Construction Training Centre (CTC), a longstanding client of EnergyPro, entrusted us to deliver the electrical and communications scope for their new purpose-built Bob Marshman Building, a state-of-the-art learning hub incorporating innovative sustainable initiatives.Working alongside Hutchinson Builders, EnergyPro played a key role in delivering this project on time and on budget. The Bob Marshman Building exemplifies sustainable design and ESG principles, achieving Passive House certification and featuring energy-saving solar panels, EV chargers, and rainwater systems. The design also prioritizes pandemic safety and superior air quality, incorporating low VOC materials to enhance occupant well-being.
