180 Queen Street – Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

Commercial

Description
EnergyPro successfully upgraded the electrical infrastructure of a heritage-listed, live-site building with minimal disruption. This included procuring, installing, and commissioning a 3-tonne main switchboard, maneuvered through Queen St Mall using specialist ‘lift and shift’ methods. A seamless, out-of-hours transition minimised downtime, with bump-less transfer equipment ensuring uninterrupted power. To drive efficiency, EnergyPro installed cost-effective lighting solutions and managed all Brisbane City Council permits and traffic control for a crane lift, enabling rooftop generator installation. Value engineering and strategic procurement further optimized costs while maintaining high performance.
